When you submit our contact/blueprint request form, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, email address, business niche, and the service you're inquiring about. If you book a call through our scheduling link, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address, and the meeting time you select, along with any answers you give to its booking questions. We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what's described here without asking you first.
Contact form submissions are currently processed on our own server and are not yet stored in a third-party CRM or spreadsheet tool. If you book a call, Calendly processes and stores your scheduling information under its own privacy policy as a separate data processor. We do not use any other third-party data processor for information submitted through this site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share it with the service providers named above, to the extent necessary to operate our contact and scheduling process.
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain an active client relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond promptly.
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
